DSL lost connection

My DSL internet and wi-fi was working fine.  Had a  power failure this week and when power returned my internet connection was lost. Tried plugging in and unplugging, but will not return.  All outward signs seems fine.  Have no red light.  The wi-fi connection shows up in my computer, but it wont log on. Any ideas??

First try plugging in a cable from the router to a laptop just to verify connectivity. If you can connect to the internet, login to the router http://192.168.1.1   admin/password and verify that the wireless settings on the router match the settings on your laptop.

Please let us know the results. Also if not resolved let us know the make and model of your router and if you have any custom network hardware.
