I've been a verizon customer for 25 years, and a verizon dsl user for 9 years. I purchased dsl 1Mb down for 14.99, I now pay 34$ for 1Mb. i'm aware that verizon implemented a 7 dollars dsl hike, but it seems everyone who is paying that much are getting 3 to 15Mb down. I can't get an answer from customer support as i was dropped 2 out of 3 times. on 1 of the 3 calls an agent told me he will esculate my complaint and give me a ticket number on the next day. I never received a call with the ticket number, and the complaint never updated to my account. on top of that verizon just took out their POP email service.
