My DSL service has been painfully slow for the last month. Please help me. I am now using actiontec modem after my verizon-issued modem died and then the replacement was sent to the wrong address and has been in some UPS holding area. (Verizon sent the modem to the wrong address and keeps telling me to wait for a card that never comes so UPS can authorize the new delivery. That was over 4 months ago.) Anyway, I haven't had any problem with Actiontec modem. I also use an apple airport router.
I just want my service speed restored.
#1 Please post the Transceiver Status from the modem.
#2 If you don't know how to get that info: What is the exact model of that actiontec?
I keep trying to send you status but an error mesage about an invalid HTML is removing the information
