We live in the middle of nowhere and our DSL speed is horrible. Does anyone know of a contact to encourage Verizon to upgrade the substation from 3Mb to 9Mb??

What modem do you have? If it's one that we can pull Transceiver statistics from, we'll be able to see how good of a line you have, to see if you're able to get a higher speed.
