Dead end -- need someone to help edit the database for higher speed...

Hello folks.

Have been over at DSLReports Direct Support forums for Verizon trying to get my tier upgraded in your system to the speeds that I should qualify for.

I've had numerous calls to 1800VERIZON, and am not getting anywhere.

The CO have ran tests on my line twice, and say that I should be elgible for the 4-7 Meg plan -- no problem.

The issue is, Verizon.com and Verizon billing/sales/support only sees that I can qualify for 1.5-3.0Mbps (which I currently have)

I somehow need an engineer to edit the system to allow me to sign up for 4-7Mbps plan.

Can anybody help?

Here is info from CO:

honestly with those tranceiver stats - it would be questionable whether your line could handle more than the 3 mb that it has right now.
