I have ordered Fios for my new home and the agent rushed my to selct a plan. The only plan that was available was 2mbps download and 1 mbps upload(ridiculous) and 50/50. I had no option but to select the later. However, the date of installation was shown as March 31st. The agent ensured me that the installation would happen way before that and this is just tentative date. They ensured that the installation would complete by March 4th but I am sitting for hours on Verizon customer care line and cant get hold of anyone. They are just transferring me from one agent to another. This is extremely frustrating and I really repent moving from Cox to verizon. Please escalate my conern so that it is not scary to move from other serices to verison.
