Delete Personal Web Space

Has anyone been able to figure out how to get this done? I have been trying to get Verizon to stop double charging me for an extra 100 MB of web space for nearly a year! I have to have them credit me back my money every month! I tried to delete all the extra web space all together, and start again, but when you go to Delete Personal Web Space, you only option is to buy more!

Can someone please, please help.

Thanks.

In order to delete additional personal web space, you have to be within the usage limit for the lowest package offered. In other words, if you want to go back to the default 10 MB free space, you have to be using 10 MB or less.

Try pulling all of your files off of Site Builder (or the FTP site, if that is how you set up your page) and copying them to your computer. Once your usage is below 10 MB, try the following:

Log into Verizon Central (http://www.verizon.net/)
Click the "Launch Service" link under My Web Space (Ensure pop-up blocker is OFF)
From the page that comes up, click the link "Manage My Personal Web Space"
From the page that comes up, click the link "Delete Your Additional Personal Web Space"
Select the free 10 MB package and click "SUBMIT"

This should cancel any Additional Personal Webspace you may have ordered.

Hope this helps!
