Dell Inspiron won't connect to internet

Can see the Internet connection with strong signal but when I ask to join and put in passcode nothing happens.

#2 While you are trying to connect by wireless with your computer, do you have any do you have any other computers connected to the router:

a) by wire?

b) by wireless?
