Desktop connection issues

Laptop and phone operate fine on PN6YL. Desktop keeps flashing between connection (PN6YL)and searching for wireless connection. The desktop is not wireless. What could be the cause?

Might be a dodgy network cable or port on the router. Have you tried another port and cable?

Is the connection itself physically going out? And, does the desktop happen to have Wi-FI capabilities?
