Rec'd service today. Inititialized and set up through my cell phone.
Laptop picked up the signal , entered password and it does not work in wireless mode. Works plugged directly in to the router.
Smart TV is not seeing the Verizon router.
And my tablet picked up the signal, does not connect.
Any suggestions?

Using your laptop connected by wire log in to the router in admin mode and go to wireless setting and customize the settings to what you want, including changing the wifi password. Then try your wifi connections again.
