Disconinute DCHP and move to static IP allocation

Router documentation does not cover how to configure router for static IP allocation.  I need to disable the dynamic IP allocation because my kids are able to establish new connections which invalidates the parental controls.

Both routers have those advanced sections. And both routers use the same type of login
