Disconnects/outage in southen New York.

Is there an outage in southern new york, Binghamton/Hornell area..??  I've been experiencing disconnects for a couple of days, at random times; sometimes for over an hour.. 

Resetting modem, reconfiguring, rebooting, etc hasn't been helping..
