A neighbor has this question/issue

I am on a block in Westford MA where every other home was connected to Verizon FIOS. We were skipped for some reason and cannot get assistance to receive service. If anyone works for Verizon FIOS that could help with who to connect with, please DM me. Fios Verizon

They got this answer from Verizon
They turned us down as they view this area completed. They would only offer us a DSL connection.

Several months back new phone connection in Westford were having their copper ripped out and made to to go FIOS phone service.
