Well Ive been paying 40 bucks a month for up to 3 mb download speed for my house. Ive had over 5 techs come to my house and pull on wires. changed to a newer actiontec GT784WNV with the newest firmware. My download speeds never breach 1 mb. infact a 1 gig download takes over 3 hours. this is absurd. Sadly I cant get fios on my street but my friend who lives a mile away has 50 mb fios and is paying 50 dollars a month. Ive complained to tech support on the phone for 7 years im sure my account has many notes they all say the same thing. Power cycling my router and modem isnt cutting it. how this company milks money from people for this garbage they call service is beyond me. But I WANT A FIX NOW. I dont care if you have to send 4 techs out i know its not my router. its not my modem. its not my firewall.
I will post any information needed just to get my PAID advertised speed.

Please go to your profile page for the forum by clicking on your name, and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Private Support Cases". There you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions.
