Is there a way to configure the router for a dynamic IP? We have had issues with people taking the IP and blocking our Internet.

All residential connections are Dynamic IP. On DSL, reboot your modem to get a new IP in most cases.

It may be best to avoid or change the activities which cause your IP to be attacked in the first place. Now if that's not the issue, perhaps you have a technical problem going on with the DSL instead.
