E3200 (3.1.0.12) Locks Up Once a week

When it happens all wifi devices connected to it lose internet and the Fios TV Set Top Box teed off the coax it shares freezes.  Immediately after power cycling the E3200 all wifi devices are released and able to connect to the G3100 restoring internet access as well as TV is restored.  Nothing connected to the G3100 are affected.

See this in the E3200 log which repeats every minute until power cycled then it clears...

Some of the letters in the error messages are lopped off.

How is the 3200 connected to the 3100? (Ethernet, coax or Wi-Fi) 🤔
