I recently added an E3200 Extender to my 3100 Router.
Using the WiFi setup, I hold the front Buttons on the 3100/3200 and they both flash BLUE.
They both go solid BLUE after a while, then the router goes WHITE and the Extender goes Solid YELLOW.
I have read that perhaps I should wait for the Extender to catch up??
I have waited 12 hours.

Solid yellow suggests "No Internet Connection." It is likely due to E3200's failure to obtain an IP address from G3100.
Can you go into G3100's Advanced > DHCP Configuration > Connection List > Add Static Connection > Choose E3200?
If you have more questions, I am happy to help.

SOLVED!
I didn't have to wait 12 hours. I had to wait 24 and then reboot it, then it flashed fast YELLOW which means it is too close, so i moved it!
Come on man! This Shouldn't be so hard FIOS!🤔

That is actually a very good, detailed original answer among the other dopey ones I have read here.
I will save that in case it acts up!
