I have Verizon Enhanced DSL which is supposed to be up to 3mbps. But I cannot connect any faster than 1.3 or lower. I have tried In Home Agent, reset router with no luck. When I first upgraded I was getting above 2.0 but as of late it is very slow. What can I do to get me back to the higher speed.

You might be set at 1.5Mbps at the moment due to how poor your line stats look for even getting 3Mbps. If you could, try taking your modem out to your NID along with a laptop or other device and see if you can get those statistics while using the NID to rule out your home's wiring. Plugging into the test jack in your NID will accomplish this.
If you're not seeing any improvement in the statistics at the NID, have Verizon come out and see what they can do to improve your line.

Been their and done that. Last time it was up over 2.0 now back down to 1.18. Get tired of calling Verizon to only get top speed for a few days. Don't know what else to do.
