Existing Customer Internet Only

I know this thread has already been discussed before but it was marked resolved so I couldn’t leave a reply about my own rip off story. How about this one: I’ve been a Verizon customer for 12.5 years. I calculated it out to be almost $30k I’ve given Verizon. Yesterday I finally called to make the switch to Internet only as I am no longer under contract. I was given the run around on price for 2 hours, and after I finally relented that I wasn’t going to be offered anything close to the new customer deal, when the supervisor went to adjust my account, suddenly the price I was quoted for 2 hours no longer was available. The supervisor requested that she call me back today and shocker no call. Now when I call today the price is $10 more than yesterday. What amazing crooks!
