I just got 2 Foscam FI18910W IP cameras and am having trouble setting up remote access. I can view them on my internal network, but not external. I believe I have port forwarding set up correctly on the Westell 7500, but still can access them. Any suggestions?

Start off by ensuring your cameras have Static IPs set up so your Port Forwarding rules don't break should the IP of the camera change for whatever reason. Also, ensure the modem's Firewall is set to Low or is Disabled if it's on, and ensure UPnP is disabled.
Also, be aware if you're trying to use Port 80 (The default port for HTTP traffic), many have reported mixed findings about whether or not Verizon blocks Port 80 inbound. For me Port 80 works fine on a Residential connection, but it's advisable to change it to something else.
