Hello:
Who can I talk to about getting FIOS installed in my community. I live in a condo association in Cape May Court House, NJ. When I check availability it says that FIOS is unavailable, yet, FIOS is available just one street over. I'm pretty sure the community, since it is relatively new, is already wired for fiber. We were told last year that VZ wanted to install FIOS in the community but haven't heard anything since. We called the number they left with us and it's no longer in service.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

This one is a little tough. You could contact city hall in your locale and ask if there is a department that is in charge of telephone, cable, fios
You could also reach out to the NJ Public Utilities/Service Commission or what ever name it goes by. http://www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/
However read this link. It seems Verizon Fios is obligated to provide services.
see if it covers your concern.
