Ever since 17 Aug to today my laptop gets hungup when I attempt to signin to Verizon Central.  The only way, pure luck it seems, to

get into a signin is playing with websites listed on a Google search.  Today after finally getting in,   Verizon FIOS Central for some reason removed my homepage which was MSN and replaced it with VZ Central.  IF the server in  my area is not working why don't they send a automatic messsage to everyone indicating that there are problems.  I am getting tired of the phone drill trying to contact tech support and hear they are overloaded with calls, call back.
