I have been trying to determine if I can set up FIOS service in new construction home. I started calling 3 weeks before I moved in to make sure I had service ahead of time. I have placed 4 seperate calls to customer and each time they say they will call me back after they speak with engineering. I haven't gotten a call back telling me anything and even the builder cannot get an answer. I can see both the verizon boxes and vaults on each of the lots so they do have a presence. Any suggestions on how I can get an answer or better yet get FIOS installed?
