So I live in a FIOS neighborhood and I am trying to get FIOS installed, I even saw an installer outside my house who confirmed availability and told me to call and place the order. The only thing is Verizon is convinced my home is across the lake, where FIOS is not available.
I have been working on getting this issue fixed, all of my neighbors have FIOS as well as the people across the street!
What do I need to do to get this resolved?

You could also also go to the Fios web portal and see if it shows your residence as being able to have Fios . Sometimes the address is new or it was not entered into the database. Verizon like most companies uses the US Postal Service NCA service to verify the address. If you are receiving US postal mail then it should not be a problem.
