r DSL ? I was told that verizon has higher levels of dsl, apparently I have the lowest and slowest, Help I do I get more speed.

Normally you would cal Billing up and ask them to move you to a higher package. Before you do this though, I would suggest posting up your modem's Transceiver Statistics to ensure your line can actually take a higher speed without issue. If you don't know how to do this, tell us which modem you're using, and of any routers you might have connected so that we can help you get the stats.
