FiOS-G1100 Network issues

I have the FiOS-G1100, PC connected via ethernet, multiple mobiles on 5G wireless and now a SONOS Play 5 (Gen 1) which connects via 2.4 GHz wireless.  Scratching my head, but I can't figure out why SONOS app on the PC fails to see the speaker.  Is there an issue with wireless 2.4 and the ethernet?  If I connect PC to 5Ghz wireless i also can't see it.

The Quantum Gateway is know to be junk on WiFi. You are better off if on internet only to simply purchase your own better router with external antennas and mimo and stable 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz instead of going through all those hoops.

plus you save $144 a year in router rental fees or $288 over two years. So think about it.
