FiOS is mapped around my block

Hey

I'm in South Brooklyn, residential neighborhood.

The blocks to my north, south, east, and west, are all covered but my entire block (four sides) is not. Across my one lane, one way street is FiOS. Surely not a mistake and maybe there's some difficulty covering my block.

So, I'm left with only cable (and the cable company is well aware, considering my bill and grade of service).

Would love to hear from anybody that was successful in convincing Verizon to go the extra block.

I would suggest you to open a "fast ticket" with Verizon support through social media channels, such as Facebook (@Fios) and Twitter (@VerizonSupport).

Thanks for the suggestion. I've tried making a fast ticket, Verizon gave me a generic response after a few days that included 'signup for notifications on the web' and 'try DSL.' I've been told through the DSL reports forum that the fast ticket is only useful when your direct neighbor has FIOS, and that the FIOS database incorrectly marked your address as non-serviceable.
