What do I need to do to get my fios cable buried?

What's the issue?

Is it currently overhead?

Or laying on the ground?

If it is overhead, they may not be willing or there may be a substantial charge.

They typically follow the way that service is run in your neighborhood.

Read the above. I would call 1-800-VERIZON and ask for the buried cable service department.

Verizon automatic responses do not cover burying cables - not online and not by telephone. I went to the store and they gave me a number to call that was internal only. When I called it I was automatically switched to standard menu that does not cover burying cables. It is Catch-22.
