Fios-G1100 100/100mbps WiFi problems

Hey I couldn’t find any topics that matched my issue 

So I recently was set up with Fios 100/100 mbps and right off the bat I don’t think I’m getting the maximum speeds I should be getting. Testing the speed on multiple devices I get around 10-25mbps download and 90-100mbps upload. The download speeds start at 70-80mbps for a second then drop for the rest of the test. 

If you guys have any suggestions that would be great.

Are you testing via wired connection to speedtest.Verizon,net?

Have you tried running speed test from router?
