Fios Prime/Echo promotion link gone from MyVerizon App

Fios Prime/Echo Promotion,

I received the redeem email promotion on 1/9/2019, and today when I go to MyVerizon app, see the link, hit it, starts loading and nothing.

Enter the app again and link nowhere to be found.

What's going on?
