Sorry, I’m not very tech savvy so I don’t really know what to do. A lightning strike took down my internet so I checked the Fios box. I believe it’s a Tellabs ONT 611. My family and I used to be Verizon but Frontier bought out our area. It’s very hard talking to Frontier and they said help would only come by on Monday but I hope to get help here so I can get it fixed sooner. I reset all power in the house but the box is still not working. Here’s what it looks like:

Hello!
Verizon & Frontier are two entirely different companies. Ultimately you'll need to contact Frontier to have the 611 replaced.
In the meantime, the 611's power supply has a status LED. Is it illuminated? 🤔

I missed where Frontier Customer Support had been contacted.
Once Verizon exits a particular area, it no longer has any ability to resolve troubles.
Try contacting Frontier again and see if there is any way to escalate your ticket. 🙂
