I am moving into a NYC condominium building that is serviced by verizon Fios. There are many people in the building that currently have service, including the unit directly next to mine. However, my unit does not appear in the database online, and when I called the FIOS sales line they tried to sell me DISH instead.
It looks like a few others have had a similar problem here on the forum. One person was ultimately successful after a lot of prodding to Verizon, and another seems to have been contacted individually by Verizon, but I haven't seen any concrete answers or solutions to this problem.
This doesn't make any sense, does anyone have a recommendation?
