I had Fios installed in January and purchased the Verizon router. The installer told me that I could try to use my Apple router and if it works, then I can take the Verizon router back to a local store. My Apple router did work and so I returned the Verizon router. I have a receipt, however am getting the run-around from Verizon saying that it's under investigation. I have the receipt. Why would it need to be investigated? Three months later and I still have not received my $200 credit. Has anyone else had this issue, and how was it resolved?
