Problems doing self install using links us EA7500. Can someone help with this setup? New router is connected using Ethernet port. Auto dhcp setup not working. Is there a default IP address for the Verizon fiber modem? Guessing here - 192.168.0.1. I am having to get hooked up for school in the morning.

FiOS does not use modems.
The Optical Network Terminal, or ONT, has no user accessible interface. It is a layer 2 device from the network perspective. Again, it's not a modem.
Is this a new or existing FiOS install? The ONT can be provisioned for coax WAN or Ethernet WAN. If you're on an older install with <100Mbps speed and are simply switching routers, you may have been setup for coax. You'll need to contact Verizon to re-provision the ONT for Ethernet WAN. Use chat or https://www.dslreports.com/forum/vzdirect.
Your router should be able to pull a public IP address from the Verizon network through the ONT using DHCP (assuming it's provisioned for Ethernet WAN.) The network supports up to two MAC addresses at a time, so if you've been mucking around with MAC addresses, don't do that. Stick with your factory assigned MAC address.
FiOS DHCP leases are good for two hours. If you think you've used up your two MAC address slots, wait two hours and then try again. You can also try contacting Verizon support and asking them to release any active IP addresses, but that may take longer then two hours. Note they won't help with non-Verizon routers; all they will do is release any assigned IP addresses.

Factory reset the Linksys (follow manufacturer instructions on how to do this). Connect "WAN" port of Linksys to the Ethernet interface on the ONT via a standard Ethernet cable. WAN port on router should light up showing link and activity light on ONT for Ethernet should also show green.
If not, ONT may not be activated or provisioned for Ethernet in which case you need to call Verizon and make sure you're up and running and that you are provisioned for ethernet handoff.
If you get green on both sides of the ethernet connection, connect your laptop to a LAN port on the router and see if everything works. It should "just work". Once you get that working, you can try to configure for Wi-Fi following the router setup instructions.
