Free Amazon Prime and Alexa Link Broken

I signed up for Verizon FiOS and was supposed to get a free year of Amazon Prime & a free Alexa Echo.  I got an email the other day saying to click on a link to claim it before time runs out, but there's nothing to navigate to from the page, it just takes me to my account... I've tried chatting with an online agent, using another browser, resetting my cache, etc.  Not I'm on the phone with some hold music.... Was this all just a ruse? 

Can someone, ANYONE, from Verizon help me?
