Free speed upgrade revoked on renewal

Did anyone else get their free 100/100 upgrade removed and dropped back to 50/50 after renewing their service? This sucks. Their was no mention of removing it in my billing quote and CS chat wants to charge me $10/mo more to add it back

Question? Do you still pay the same as 50/50 when it was upgraded?

look at the upgrade particulars. It might say it drops back after xxx number of months.

if not its a “bait & switch” in that case contact your states Public Utilities Commission or Public Service Commission via a google search. And file a complaint.

additionally contact your states attorney generals office for the bait & switch.

but read what the “free upgrade” states first.
