OK so my message was put on private and sent to tech support or something. What can they do I was already told there is nothing that can be done because the lines are all full...And if they can do something how long will it take and will someone contact me?

Please go to your profile by clicking on your forums username.  In the middle of your profile page, you will see a module that says "My Support Cases".  Click on the link to go to your private support case to interact directly with the support agent that is handling your case.  There may be a message there for you where the agent is awaiting a response from you.
