Hi All,

Anyone have a G3100 router just stop internet connectivity?  I reset the router, all lights are on the router the equipment coming into the house from the pole outside.  I have full TV with no issue.  I can connect to the router and open up the admin page and see the status for IpV4 is connected and there is an ip address.  However no matter what device I connect via WIFI it has zero internet connection.  I called tech support and they are sending me a replacement but If there is something I can do in the interim I would like to try.

What happen if you connect a computer to the router via Ethernet LAN? Still no internet connection? Does your ONT display any FAIL light or alike during the disconnection?
