I just had a new home built. The entire development is set up for Fios currently. Other homes already have it installed. I am attempting to get my service set up but am running into some issues. Spoke to customer service and they put in a ticket for the Engineering Dept to reach out to me at a later date. I would much rather be able to contact them and get my service set up as soon as possible as opposed in a month that I was told from customer service. The piping for Fios is already there and the wires are already run to my home. I just need a technician to come out and turn on my service. Is there a number or email where this would be possible?
Unfortunately Verizon service reps don’t give out internal departments like engineering.
if that was the case everyone would be bothering them directly, not just for installs.
http://www.verizon.com/Fios is where you can search the availability for Fios services.
other than that ask for a fast ticket from here.

They have a great service from verizon there. They are the social media team and real Verizon employees and is confidential.
I have heard that ordering phone service first can get your home in their database and then allow you to order FiOS. Give that a try.
