Use the above link to find out. Since you are a nyc resident Fios must install or build out under law so just check your area and see when it’s coming.
its a great service. However Fios gigabyte is not the same as installation if you have Fios at a lower speed, Fios does not have to offer gigabyte. Under those laws.
