Recently I've tried upgrading my 100Mbps plan to 300Mbps like advertised on their website. But I found out that only 150Mbps and Gigabit plan is available. But when I sign in to try add the 300Mbps, it is not available. I tried doing the avaialble service in my area search and the 300Mbps is available.
Have anyone else run into this issue?
They are really pushing the gig. You’ll probably have to call in to get 300 mbps. They might even charge you the same. I would definitely call in and compare prices.
Yea, I'm pretty sure altering a customers internet speed is as easy as flicking a switch. But it's absurd how they can completely remove the 300Mbps option from sight and force you to either buy the slowest package or the fastest.
Take the gigabyte plan since it’s cheaper than the 300.
if Verizon charged you what it use to cost you would jump onto the gigabyte speed.
there is no real savings between the 150/150 or the 940/880 offered.
Verizon can offer anything they wish. It’s up to the consumer to look at what they are willing to pay. Like in any business or store.
