I stream my internet to my 47" LCD television via a Windows PC. We got HBO and HBO Go about a month ago and for 2 weeks we streamed HBO Go with absolutely NO problems via the PC. We would watch Game of Thrones, Entourage, True Blood, etc. without issue.
Then, out of the blue, one day HBO Go began to lose audio/video sync. We made sure EVERYTHING was updated. We tried PC's at work and even began asking our neighbors. Everyone said the same as what we saw - HBO Go worked fine on our iPads, but nobody could get quality streaming over their PC anymore.
I read several forums where this has happened to Androids, then to iPads and now it appears to be on personal computers. We have tried FireFox, Chrome, Safari, and others.
We meet ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS listed at HBO Go for the PC. Does anyone know when they will correct the problem for streaming via PC?
We can stream Netflix perfectly fine. We can stream Hulu perfectly fine. We can go to CBS.com, ABC.com or any other website and stream everything else perfectly fine. It is ONLY HBO Go that has a problem for us.
We also speed tested the Internet and have 25 Mbs downstream
Sync problems would be problems with HBO or with the software on your PC. Not something that Verizon would handle. Verizon might be responsible if your couldn't sign i or if you had frequent timeouts.
