Is any one out there as frustrated as I am with Verizon's wonderful tech support in India????  I've spent 15+ hours on the phone trying to explain the box sent does not work, I do NOT have a wireless connection. Does anyone over there think out of the box?

Kind of make you wonder why  US unemployment i so high! I guess you get what you pay for, Poor service - is it really worth the price?

#1 Do you at least have a wired connection that is working, to this box ?

#2 What is the brand and model of the box ?

#3 Is this the first time that you are trying to setup DSL ?
