HOW CAN I TURN OFF MY WIRELESS INTERNET SIGNAL AND KEEP MY PC ON LINE?

I have DSL wireless internet.  I want to be able to cut off, or turn on, all ability to access the internet from my pc but keep my own pc online.  How can i do this?

Parental control software would be your best bet from the sounds of things. They won't shut off Internet access or network access, but they will at least block access to the Internet until you tell it to not do so. In addition, some firewalls can halt Internet traffic when you don't want to have Internet access available,

If you're asking about shutting off your Wireless signal but leaving your PC connected to the Internet, you will want to make sure you are using an Ethernet cable between your router and your PC. From there, we can proceed on how to do that.
