There is a woman who has a DSL account at her home and she is harassing me. Is there anything you can do for me? I know that she is behind on her payments and I loaned her money to keep the internet turned on. Can you turn her off?

While a Verizon employee may occasionally post here, this community is meant mainly for peer-to-peer support. If you need to talk to a Verizon representative, you should contact customer service directly.

This isn't a Verizon problem. As long as she pays her DSL bill, as far a Verizon is concerned, she is "good." But, I'm not going to be the official answer for this one.
