My Verizon Fios internet service has slowed down so much in the last few months, it cannot be an accident. I've checked all the connections and restarted my router countless times, but nothing helps. My current internet service is slower than it was ten years ago! It's very frustrating! I suspect that Verizon has intentionally slowed my internet service in an attempt to sell me a higher priced product? Is anyone else experiencing a similar problem?
I am assuming your service is DSL?
copper is being phased out in many parts of Verizon territory due to better technologies.
you might want to check out the better faster technology of fiber optics and see if you can make a deal.
i am assuming you don’t have cable services in your area? Check for that and Fios availablity.
