I travel up to NJ from time to time on business, and it would be very helpful to have Call Assistant so I can check my messages on my netbook. However, when I click on the continue button that asks if the process can access my records, it then goes into a screen that says to the effect of 'checking your account - this will only take a moment' -
At which point it dies right there. Goes nowhere, does nothing, even after 5 minutes.
I'm trying to access this on a XP/SP3 machine, but will put it on my Win7 netbook if I like what I see - but so far, I see nothing at all.
What gives?

I am sorry to hear about your problems with the service. There are certain accounts that the Call Assistant will not work with. I have copied your post to our private support board so we can get more information.
Which is where? I'd like to follow up on this, but I see nowhere to go...
