Periodically we will lose internet connectivity and it requires us to connect to the router via Ethernet cable and login. The only way we have been able to restore internet connectivity is by rebooting the router from within the software.
I've noticed that though all lights are white as if operational and broadband connections say connected, it appears as though the router does not know how to access it's WAN side interface.
I've tried rebooting, releasing the DHCP lease all without successfully restoring connectivity. Any help is greatly appreciated.

have them first replace the router. Additionally they can send a tech out to check the connections from the ONT to their central office.
