High Speed Internet = to slow speed internet???

my "HIGH SPEED INTERNET" (1.5Mbps up to 3Mbps) connection is very unstable today. the download speed is only 200 Kbps up to 1.4Mbps. I have reset my modem and router several times... the connection speed drops occasionally. please check and advice me with solution asap. Thank you!

#1 Please post the Transceiver Statistics from your modem.

#2 If you don't know how to get them:

a) What is the brand and model of your modem?

b) If you have a seperate router: What is the brand and model of it?
