I live in Bell Twp Westmoreland Cty PA. can anybody tell me when high speed Internet > 3 mb downloads will be available in my area? I have comcast right now at 20 mb speeds and would love to switch from them. The customer service is horrible and I'm hoping for a better rate. I currently bundle my Direct TV and Verizon landline together.
